Pie
Crust

4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ cup Crisco Shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
½ cup water
Combine
flour and salt in a large bowl. Cut
shortening in with a pastry blender. Combine
egg,
water and vinegar. Pour over flour
mixture. Stir until all is moistened. Divide into 4 balls. Wrap
each
in plastic wrap and chill. Can freeze
if desired. Makes 4 – 1 crust pie shells.
